My sister went to cosmetology school and they give them heads to practice on. She had cut one of her heads very cute with long layers and just amaze balls and the other was a granny hair cut. I was being nice &decided to let her practice with my long hair and i even handed her the doll head i wanted. She was just chopping &chopping my hair &didnt let me look when i was walking back in the house i saw the my reflection &saw that she had cut my hair like half way down my neck it was the granny cut

I go to paul mitchel all the time and they suckered u into calling it a hook up because they always offer a person that is almost going to graduate its called phade 2 which where I live is 5bucks more I love them no bad experience!! (:

At the schools they won’t let anyone out who isn’t ready and they have the teachers/stylists walking around and checking on everything, never be afraid of them :D
I used to get my hair done at the schools and I have horribly thick hair. They worked miracles on my hair :3 I normally went to the Aveda school because that’s what was close.
Your hair looks fantastic though :3
I cut my hair myself now because I’m too cheap ;p

Round layers is not a Paul mitchal term marinello uses it too! It means instead of straight layers it follows the shape of your head

I would say a great tip for going to a beauty school to get your hair done (atleast for aveda) is go tues- thur during the day/monringing because it is the students who are about to graduate ;)

I went to a pm school back in the day. Round layers are shorter in front and longer and heavier in the back. It’s a pretty common layering technique on longer hair that likes framing in the front

When I went to u beauty school for a color I also got my hair done by an almost graduate and my hair turned out ok except she made a mess with the color… my neck and hair line got stained and she ruined my shirt :( im so glad u had a better experience :) 3
