Overly large lips. Overly botoxed faces and plump cheeks. There is nothing wrong with having a smooth skin, large full lips or plump cheeks. These things are amazing. What i’m talking about are when something is taken to an extreme. As is the case with the silicone injections when injected neat into either the face or the body. The complications that it causes and the risks are so high that this is something we should not consider. I’m all for doing whatever makes you happy. Whatever brings you joy. I’m 22 yrs old and quite happy with how I look. If I would want anything changed in my face, that would only be my sligthy large nose, but I watch all those horrible pictures right after surgeries and read about the huge pain they go through and that scares me. I can live with my nose, not to brag or anything, I’m actually quite happy with how I look. I feel lucky that I look fine :)

I have a friend who feels the same way, and I know she gets so frustrated by that. But honestly, I would not suggest surgery. I know someone else who got work done and the recovery was terrible. She got infections, and ended up with some pretty bad scarring. Try to find styles that work with your body type. Spaghetti straps, embellished necklines, and ruffles I find can look great on women who are more flat chested. They can pull off very dainty tops that are just beautiful.

Very good message! People sometimes seeking to look their best, forget to check the cons of what ever procedure they want to do, and can really regret later… Sometimes not in a short time, but a few years later… Silicone can migrate in the body, and not only is dangerous, but also can give a really unpleasant look, which was not what the person wished for in the first place.. It is just sad! I think people really should research before going through, specially what are the cons…

Embrace what you have. I have a large chest and always wanted to be small chested. We always want the opposite of what we have and the media fuels off of that. Regardless it’s what’s inside that counts.

This might sound odd, but I wish there was a series of documentaries about you exposing the truth behind what it really means to be considered “beautiful” in the 21st century. It seems upsetting to think that people can unintentionally have such a harmful substance pumped into their body without due research and consideration. Like you said, these tv makeover shows focus on the “before” and “after”, but rarely the “in-between” stage of physical pain and stress. Another great video Wayne xxx
