H&M DESIGN AWARD 2012 — THE WINNING COLLECTION BY STINE RIIS. Stine, a 28-year old from Denmark who studied at the London College of Fashion, won the H&M Design Award 2012 in February with her collection of what she calls “tailored futuristic elegance”. As well as a prize of €50000 and a fashion show at this February’s Mercedes-Benz Stockholm Fashion Week, Stine won the chance to work with the H&M design team to develop chosen pieces from her winning collection. The collection is available in H&M stores this September 2012. Selected pieces are also available online.
