I have to admit running is the best cardio exercise you can do but its also really bad for your joints. My husband used to run everyday for an hour. He was able to do 8km in that time & he was in amazing shape. He had no joint pain once he got used to it but now is another story. Its been 10 years since he used to do that & his knees are completely screwed.He’ll probably need replacements later in life from the running.A lot of hardcore runners need knee/hip replacements eventually.

RUDE! I read what you wrote. Sometimes its not visible. Using a tape measure is more accurate where you can actually see the inches vs. lbs from a scale. Geez.
