Ruth, our Eco Warrior and Environmental Officer has been working for months on building our strawbale factory. Composed of 8 tonnes of fermacell, 90% recycled paper and a little recycled gypsum and some paint, the straw will insulate our cooling room (where our bottled product goes to chill out) this is a big step for building a greener factory.
