i’m so sorry- i can’t remember- it was sold by the makeup tools/false lashes & wasn’t a specific brand- like it was Target’s special store brand or something

Im not the one who asked this question, but you said that Revlon is really coming out with some good products, plus I LOVE Revlon because they don’t test on animals… So maybe could you do A One Brand Tutorial on Revlon!?!? :)
