UHUO! what method are you using? try patting, instead of “painting” or using a sponge in a patting/ stippeling motion, instead of rubbing up and down :)

Go easy on the foundation blending. Don’t press your fingers/brush into your skin so hard when applying foundation after the concealer.

uhuo! perhaps go for one that is more pigmented, or a bit thicker. is your foundation too thin? For instance, some concealers are ‘light coverage’ and otehrs are ‘heavy coverage’ you may need a heavier one :)
