Do you use heat protectant? Cause you really should :) I really like this one by Macadamia Natural Oil – Heating Oil Spray, think it works the best on my hair :)

you should have added some wave or body otherwise theres like zero connection between your hair and the extensions, it looks really fake from the back because of it

You’re straightener looks like it work really well! But, I think the extensions you have are too obvious! You should just leave them out!
