@BelleRedhead I have the Too Faced Natural Eye set as well, i would have never though to use it because i used the UD Naked Palette, but i think that Honey Pot would be a better match than Half-Baked. =]

@terrylovenka I have a similar problem, but instead of my eyes getting watery i get eye boogers/crusties in my tear duct, which is a major bummer. As for your problem, i would recommend using NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencils on the lower lashline/tear duct area. It will make the eyeshadow stick for much longer. As for the watery eyes, maybe your eyes just need to adjust to you putting powder there.

So i tried this look using Half-Baked from UD and some green shadows from my Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Palette and it came out beautifully! I have green eyes so it really makes my eyes pop! This is a wonderful tutorial, thank you so much!
