@PrincessAngelStar12 no problem, and it’s a beauty store that should be in most cities and towns. its often in malls or by other stores. try going to ulta.com to find a location near you or maybe order off of their site; i’m not sure if they have more brands/items online or in the real store but it’s a bit cheaper than sephora and has both drugstore brands and also really high-end brands like sephora does:)

@PrincessAngelStar12 i got mine from Ulta, it’s a cheap one from NYX cosmetics. I know other brands have them but most i saw had shimmer, and i didn’t want shimmer just to line my lower lid. the one from NYX is plain white and matte. hope that helps:)
