I remember the last time they did this. Kasparov DESTROYED the World. Hopefully with Nakamura on the team, it will be more of an exciting game. Maybe the other grandmasters can have Rybka analyzing on the sidelines as well?

I think he’ll beat the world because many times in chess there is only ONE accurate move. But according to the rules the GMs will be forced to present choices to the audience. Sooner or later the world will make a 2nd best or 3rd best move in a situation where only one move is any damn good. Go Carlsen!!!!

Isn’t “the world”‘s voting just going to undermine the strengths of the grandmasters? Popular moves just doesn’t equate to brilliance when you invite everyone, even if you do have the GM commentary.

@vtyw93 We dont vote on the game 100% we just vote on the move the other three grandmaster put. And if they all pick the same move we dont vote.

better forget your play with 5…d6? ( correct is for example 5…c6! ) or your play with 7…e5? ( correct is for example 7…Lf5 ) . After this two blunders it would have been better to give up the game. You need not Stockfish or Rybka , what you need is the CODE of chess and you will know what beauty in chess realy is. Have a look at my last three worldrecords and you will perhaps understand .
