You shouldn’t eat a lot of corn. It’s hard to digest, and really just not all that great for you. And there’s nothing wrong with meat. Your body processes it fine. It’s very good to have some meat in your diet.

for me fresh healthy food would be carrots,celery sticks,apples,banana,blueberries and fresh oats :)

@internetgirl100 fresh food is better but its also hard to eat all of the time. Almost all of the brands she showed are organic, so its not as bad for you.
