@LatinCutie86 Well honestly you could use your own body weight to start out with if you don’t have much cash on hand. but some dumb-bells. and a pull up bar is a good idea. if you cant get a pull up bar or can’t install one in your door (not because of a lack brains or lack of brawn but rather lack of door frame width) you can use a resistance band. resistance bands run like between 10 and 20 dollars (in US) and you can pick how much resistance. :)

I’m in the second round of P90X and I’ve lost almost 30lbs and I’m so addicted to it! Towards the end I lost only 4lbs but my clothes fit so much better and I look more toned. Just wait, on the last 2weeks you’ll be able to do everything

Great..,like u said in ur video that p90x is tough if u don’t do any exercise , so what would u say to do befor start p90x? What exercise,cardio??? Plz plz tell me ???

Muscles don’t actually weigh more than fat; they’re just more dense. However, you don’t lose fat and gain muscle at exactly the same rate, so you could be gaining weight from building muscle as you have less fat to lose. If that makes sense.

even tough you have lost alot of weight, i think you didn’t look fat before you lost this weight :)
